When will I get my order?

We ship fast! Our goal is to ship every order before the end of the next business day. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on the shipment method selected at check out. Expedited orders (one and two day air) must be placed by 11am PST to ship that day. We may experience order delays due to unpredictable circumstances, which we will communicate to you.

How will my order arrive?

We use both the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). We normally ship UPS for orders over $200, and require a signature upon delivery. Orders shipped to a gift address (non-billing address) will be shipped signature required. PO boxes will be shipped USPS. Oversize or overweight items may require additional fees and, or may be shipped via truck freight. Hawthorne Country Store will contact you with a final quote if necessary.

How much will my shipping cost?

We ship nationwide. Shipping cost outside of the US lower 48 is calculated with a personal quote. Most orders shipped within the US lower 48 are charged shipping according to package weight. The website uses the UPS or USPS shipping estimate calculator to determine shipping costs. Some restrictions apply to oversize, overweight or liquid materials. Hawthorne Country Store will contact you with a personal quote, if necessary.

What happens when an item I ordered is out of stock?

Out of stock items will be ordered and shipped when received from the vendor. We'll keep in touch with you to let you know the status of your order.
